Terms of Service

1. The service

BoostSEO provides SEO and GEO audits, keyword and competitor analysis, recommendations and AI-assisted content tools. Recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic or AI citations — search engines and AI assistants make their own decisions.

2. Accounts

You must give a valid e-mail address, keep your credentials safe and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). One person per account; agencies can use projects to manage client sites.

3. Acceptable use

• Only audit websites you own or are allowed to analyse, and respect their terms and robots.txt.
• Do not overload websites, bypass limits, resell raw data, scrape BoostSEO or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use AI Studio to create spam, deceptive, illegal or infringing content. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking any AI output before publishing it.

4. Plans, billing and renewals

Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through the payment provider you choose and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Account › Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Taxes are added where required.

5. Fair use

Pro limits are generous but not infinite: paid data and AI credits reset monthly and are listed on the pricing page. We may contact you or throttle usage that harms the service for others.

6. Content and data

You keep all rights to your content and to AI Studio outputs you create, subject to the AI providers' terms. You grant us the rights needed to process them to provide the service.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Law
